Atlas is a portfolio dashboard that aggregates and visualizes commercial real estate data you already own. Sign in with Google or Microsoft to create your account; colleagues can join the same organization when you authorize their email in settings.
What Atlas is
Atlas does not provide valuation, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the product should be relied on as such.
Your account and data
You may sign up with Google or Microsoft. Each new identity receives its own organization unless that email was pre-authorized to join an existing one. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for reviewing extracted data before confirming it. You retain all rights to your data. You grant Atlas permission to access the connected sources you choose, solely to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Use Atlas only with data you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.
Subscription and billing
Atlas is offered as a paid subscription with a free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and disclaimer
Atlas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
