What Atlas is
Atlas is a private, invitation-based tool that aggregates and visualizes commercial real estate data you already own. Atlas does not provide valuation, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the product should be relied on as such.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for reviewing extracted data before confirming it. You retain all rights to your data. You grant Atlas permission to access the connected sources you choose, solely to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Use Atlas only with data you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.
Subscription and billing
Atlas is offered as a paid subscription with a free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and disclaimer
Atlas is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
